Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We are happy to ship orders to customers outside of the United States. On the web site, all of the countries we commonly receive orders from can be selected during checkout. You pay shipping charges based on the weight, value of the package and the destination. The $5.99 standard shipping charge or the free shipping for orders over $49.00, do not apply to international orders.
We ship international orders with the US Postal Service with either First Class or Priority Mail International service.
Product Pricing and Exchange Rates:
All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.
NOTE: You must provide a street address for shipping. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes internationally.
International Shipping Fees, Import Duties and Taxes:
All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination. Our prices do not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import nutritional supplements and products from the U.S.
International Returns or Packages Refused:
If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer or the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.and you will also be responsible for the shipping cost billed to us for the return of the package. If the USPS return to shipper cost is greater than the cost of the goods ordered, we will instruct USPS to abandon the order, there will be no credit to the customer for the order. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges and the return shipping charges.
Your Country's Custom and Import Policies:
Please note: Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Customs regulations vary greatly by country . It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products. You will be responsible to pay customs, duties or taxes placed by your country.
Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Any fees charged to gonutra.com due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 20 percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.
Prepayment is required. Payment can only be done by credit card.
